For most people, the injector matters more than the brand. All three are botulinum toxin type A, all are FDA-approved for frown lines, and all typically show results within a week and last about three to four months. The practical differences: Xeomin has no accessory proteins, Jeuveau is made only for aesthetics and is often priced lower, and Botox has the longest track record and the most approved uses.

Dysport, which isn't on this menu, uses a different unit scale, so its unit counts aren't comparable to these three.
When the brand can matter
- Your results have been fading faster over time. Some injectors try Xeomin because it has no accessory proteins. True resistance to toxin is rare, but this is the usual reasoning.
- Budget. Pricing can differ by brand. Ask what each costs per unit here.
- Rewards programs. Each maker runs its own loyalty program. If you're already earning points with one, that can tip the scale.
- Labeled uses. Botox Cosmetic carries the broadest list of FDA-approved cosmetic areas.
When it doesn't
Longevity depends more on dose, placement, your muscle strength, and your metabolism than on the brand. An experienced injector with the right dose will get a better result from any of the three than an under-dosed treatment with the "right" brand.
Trying a new brand
If you switch, keep everything else the same the first time: same areas, similar units. Then compare at two weeks and at three months. That's the only way to know whether a difference is the product or something else.
