The FDA-cleared Exceed device turns thousands of micro-channels into your skin's signal to rebuild itself smoother and firmer.

microneedling?
What is
microneedling?
Microneedling is collagen induction therapy: a precise pattern of microscopic channels that convinces your skin it needs to rebuild, without causing real damage.
Our Exceed pen, FDA-cleared for the work, glides across numbed skin creating thousands of these channels at exactly the depth your concern requires.
The skin’s repair response does the rest. Fresh collagen and elastin fill in from below over the following weeks — typically across a short series of sessions — smoothing texture, softening scars, and firming the surface. Adding PRP or exosome boosters through the open channels amplifies that response further.
Depth settings, pass patterns, and boosters are chosen per zone by our trained providers, because a forehead and a cheek are not the same canvas.
The Exceed pen is engineered for consistent depth and sterile single-use cartridges.
Results come from skin you rebuilt yourself, which is why they feel and age naturally.
A day or two of pinkness, then business as usual with sunscreen.
Open channels deliver PRP, exosomes, or salmon DNA exactly where they work hardest.
When skin forgets how to repair itself, microneedling reminds it.
This is a builder's treatment: modest sessions, compounding returns. Your provider plans the series and the boosters around what your skin is ready to rebuild.
Acne Scars Linger
Rolling and boxcar scarring fills gradually as new collagen rebuilds the floor beneath.
Pores Look Enlarged
Collagen support tightens the structure around pores, refining how they read in light.
Firmness Is Fading
Early laxity responds to induction therapy before heavier interventions are needed.
You Prefer Natural Rebuilding
Nothing is injected or implanted unless you choose a booster; your own biology does the work.
Tiny channels.
Quiet signals.
Skin that
rebuilds itself.
We apply topical numbing first, so most patients feel vibration and light pressure rather than pain. Sensitive zones like the forehead register more than the cheeks, but sessions stay very tolerable.
Depth and safety. Home rollers barely pass the surface and can tear skin with repeated use. The Exceed pen drives sterile needles to precise, adjustable depths where collagen is actually built, with single-use cartridges every session.
Plan on three to four sessions about a month apart for texture and firmness, and often four to six for acne scarring. Collagen matures slowly, so results keep improving for months after the series ends.
A day or two of redness similar to a mild sunburn, sometimes with light flaking after. Most patients treat on a Thursday or Friday and are makeup-ready for Monday.
Yes, and the channels the needles create are the ideal delivery route. Adding PRP, exosomes, or polynucleotide boosters while they're open amplifies the regenerative response.
