Which filler is best for lips, cheeks, and under eyes?

There is no single "best" filler. The right one is matched to the area: soft and flexible for lips, firm and lifting for cheeks, and low-swelling for under eyes. Choosing wrong is how results look overdone.
Fillers are not interchangeable. They differ in thickness, how much water they attract, and how much they lift versus how much they flow, and each area rewards a different profile.
Lips need a soft, flexible gel that moves naturally. Juvederm Ultra and Volbella, or Restylane Kysse and Silk, are common choices because they integrate smoothly without stiffness.
Cheeks need structure and lift. Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, and Radiesse are firmer and hold projection. Sculptra is different again: it is a biostimulator that rebuilds your own collagen gradually over months rather than adding volume on day one.
Under eyes (tear troughs) are the most technical area on the face. The skin is thin, and a filler that pulls in too much water will look puffy or blueish. Here, a low-hydrophilic, conservatively placed product is safer, and some candidates are better served by a skin-quality treatment than by filler at all.
The honest part: technique and dissolvability matter as much as brand. Reversible hyaluronic acid fillers are preferred in delicate areas precisely because a result can be corrected.
